Important Forms and Resources for Existing Mentors and Mentees
In order to ensure that each mentee is receiving the support they need to be successful in STEM, the team at BUMMP uses surveys to monitor the frequency and quality of each mentoring session. Not only does this tactic enable us to hold our mentors and mentees accountable, but it also provides data that will be useful for improvement of our program, and ultimately the experience of each mentor and mentee.
